License Agreement Legal Information:

1. The license agreement, equipment, training and materials to operate the business will be sold for a fixed price.

2. By entering the license agreement, the licensee agrees to pay an ongoing fee of $75.00 per mo. for ongoing support, maintenance of the website, marketing and additional components to help build the business.

3. Licensee will have a protected territory.
